Barry a long-time Wye Mills resident was recently elected as Company President and has over 25 years experience
in land planning. He has a comprehensive
understanding of the zoning and environmental regulations and development issues impacting
LE LLC’s clients on the Eastern Shore. Prior to joining LE LLC in 2000, Barry worked
for the Queen Anne’s County Department of Planning and Zoning
for five years, last serving as the Deputy Director of Planning.
He has also served as the Assistant Planning Director for the
Talbot County Department of Planning and Zoning. Previous private sector experience includes planning and development consultanting for clients throughout
the Mid-Atlantic region. Barry has a Master of Science
Degree in Planning from the University of Tennessee and is
a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Barry currently serves on the Board of Directors for Business Queen Anne's.
William
B. Stagg, ASLA

Before joining LE LLC in 2000, Bill, a Worcester
County native, had 27 years experience in the private sector
providing landscape architecture and land planning design
services for development projects. Bill is a registered Landscape Architect in Maryland and is responsible
for design planning for many of the firm’s site and land planning
projects. His experience includes large scale land planning
for 6,000 acre planned developments, golf course communities
and site specific commercial development design. Bill
has produced innovative design and planning solutions creating
successful developments while respecting environmental and
other regulatory concerns, and he directs major plan approval
efforts with local and regional approval agencies. Bill is a member of the Easton Rotary Club.
Joseph
“Sean” Callahan

Sean has over 18 years experience in land use planning and project management. Sean concentrates on environmental permitting and zoning, working directly with the clients and reviewing agencies to secure construction and subdivision approvals. This typically includes work on residential and commercial projects addressing subdivision and site plans requirements to obtain approval to build projects related to critical areas, tidal and non-tidal wetlands, forestry, and mining. As the Cambridge Branch Manager, Sean handles most of the clients for that region and takes the lead role on projects in the Dorchester County area. Mr. Callahan graduated from Salisbury State University with a degree in Geography and Regional Planning and has past work experience that includes public sector work as the Zoning Administrator for Talbot County.

Jeff has more
then 35 years experience in the Engineering and Surveying
industry. He is a Registered Property Line Surveyor in Maryland
and has extensive knowledge in Boundary and Topographic Surveying, Condominium Plats, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Construction
stakeout, FEMA Elevation Certificates, LOMA's and the planning and the subdivision process. Tens of Thousands of acres on Maryland's Eastern Shore are preserved due to Jeff's work with conservation groups and Government Agencies. Jeff has managed
Public and Private sector projects in West Virginia, Virginia,
Washington, DC and throughout the State of Maryland. Jeff Serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Society of Surveyors, representing the Eastern Shore; Jeff is the current President of the Rotary Club of Cambridge.
Timothy W, Glass, P.E.

Tim joined LE LLC in 2005. Tim has multiple roles within the company
including residential and commercial site engineering design, municipal and utility engineering,
project management and construction management services. Tim directly oversees many of the firms municipal engineering jobs with local Governments. Tim was previously
employed by the Easton Utilities Commission as Manager of
the Engineering Department and also was employed by the Town
of Easton in a dual role as Town Engineer. Tim graduated
from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science
in Civil Engineering. Tim is curerently a BOD member of Downtown Denton Main Street, a Chair of Downtown Denton Main Street Design Committe, the Current President of the Talbot Optimist Club, 2 terms and a BOD member of the Housing Commission of Talbot County.

Richard "Rick" Van Emburgh, P.E.

Rick is a Registered Professional Engineer who received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. Rick is an experienced civil engineer and project manager in land development projects including residential subdivision and commercial site design. More specifically, he is responsible for road design, water, sewer, and storm drain layout, stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, floodplain analysis, and working with home builders to develop Lot Site Plans for each Lot in residential subdivisions. Rick came to LE LLC in 2000 from Whitman, Requardt, and Associates located in Baltimore, Maryland where he did structural engineering design on highway bridge projects. Rick is a past President of the Talbot Optimist Club.
