LEI completed work on the design for roads, water, sewer, stormdrains and stormwater management for this 60-lot subdivision in Easton. The lots are a continuation of the village style so popular in the first phase of the Cooke’s Hope Village. In addition to engineering and surveying services, Lane Engineering also provided environmental services including forest conservation act compliance and non-tidal wetlands permitting.
