Lane Engineering provided site design services for the new 11,200 square foot automobile parts facility on Maryland Route 331 in Easton. Working for Sears, Roebuck and Company, the parent company to Parts America, LEI provided engineering services for site grading, drainage, stormwater management and utilities; as well as coordinating all zoning approvals and building permits. This project also involved the acquisition of State and Federal permits for disturbance to non-tidal wetlands, as needed for installation of utilities and construction of the stormwater management pond.
