This landmark project was
the first golf course approved in Marylands Chesapeake Bay Critical Area. Lane
Engineering provided environmental consulting for the regulatory review process, public
hearings and environmental site design. The design of the golf course involved
capitalizing on the inherent natural beauty of the property, while protecting the
environmentally sensitive wetlands and Chester River shoreline.
LEI also provided full civil engineering design services
including clubhouse site design, stormwater management and sediment control for the entire
property and onsite wastewater disposal for this 36-hole golf course. Additionally, Lane
Engineering was privileged to act as the construction project manager for completion of
both phases of the project.
