| This 350+ slip marina
on the northern Chesapeake hosts some of the finer yachts on the Bay. The site includes a
full service marina, clubhouse and swimming pool which are located on a site that
previously consisted of very steep terrain. Lane Engineering designed a development plan
for grading of the site to allow for a balance of earthwork, while creating the necessary
level building pads near the pier facilities. |

| LEI provided full civil engineering, surveying and
environmental permitting services for the project. This work included sediment control,
stormwater management and onsite sewage disposal. We also provided land-side and
water-side construction stakeout services and conducted periodic quality control
inspections during construction. |
