Just south of Annapolis, on Maryland’s Route 2, lies South River Golf Links; an 18 hole course and clubhouse facility. Lane Engineering provided civil engineering design services for the clubhouse and related maintenance facilities and served as design consultant and construction manager for the golf course.

The course falls within a tight land envelope set aside within the platted subdivision of South River Colony. LEI worked closely with the Owner and Contractor to maintain forward progress on the construction of the course and clubhouse during ongoing final agency reviews, which insured that the target date for start up of business operations was met on schedule.
