Project Manager

Lane Engineering is looking for a Project Manager.  The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in geography, urban planning , landscape architecture, civil engineering or similar related field
  
• A minimum of 3 years-experience working in local government planning/zoning/permitting office, civil engineering firm or planning/site design firm
  
• Working knowledge of Maryland zoning, land use, and related environmental regulations
  
• Prior experience with land development site design and a basic understanding of related civil engineering principles and practices
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in interpersonal, group and public settings
  
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills
  
• Must be effective in a teamwork environment
